HQ Law announces appointment of Danielle O’Toole as Solicitor

HQ Law is delighted to announce the appointment of Danielle O’Toole to the role of Solicitor within the firm’s Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning team.

Danielle joined HQ Law in 2024 and was admitted to practice in 2025. She brings a strong foundation in Wills and Estates law, developed through her legal studies and three years experience supporting a Wills & Estates team at a regional firm.

Working closely with Senior Associate David Symons and Associate Keely McDonald, Danielle plays a key role in supporting clients through all aspects of estate administration as well as drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney. Her calm, capable approach and attention to detail have already made her a valued member of the HQ team.
