Karen is an experienced business professional, holding Operations and General Manager roles for more than 30 years.
Joining HQ Law in late 2021, Karen has worked to identify and implement best practice initiatives to ensure the firm can deliver a great environment for its staff and exceptional outcomes for its clients.
A true professional, Karen has all of the skills and attributes required to effectively run a law firm – she is commercial, fair, approachable and is committed to creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, driving innovation and growth within the firm.
As the Operations Manager for HQ Law, Karen is responsible for all facets of the firm’s function – from human resource management, finance, marketing and business development, through to compliance and risk management. Karen oversees the day-to-day operation of the firm and is assisted by a skilled and dedicated team of administrative staff.
A valued member of the team, Karen is passionate about her role and ensuring the success of the firm, its people, and the clients they serve.
